About Me

Fitness is not one-size-fits-all and neither is my coaching.

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2015 and coached basketball for 10 years, giving me the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals, from beginners starting their fitness journey to athletes looking to improve performance.

I started Train With Monica because I believe fitness should be personal, supportive, and built around you. Whether your goal is building strength, improving confidence, losing weight, enhancing athletic performance, or simply feeling healthier in everyday life, I create individualized programs designed to fit your goals, lifestyle, and experience level.

To me, fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. My goal is to provide the guidance, accountability, and encouragement you need to train safely, build confidence, and make real, lasting progress. Nothing is more rewarding than helping my clients achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
